Hi Rob -- I have been doing the exact same tests using an audio analyzer. We are trying to setup sip phones for my small business but everyone can't stand the lag. We have tested out "Connect me voice" hosted pbx -- there the delay is 680 ms (.68 seconds) which is horrible. I've also tested with "onSip" and with them I get a delay of 350ms to 450ms which is better but still not good by any means. Have you figured anything more out? What have you gotten your lag down to?

Thanks!
