Tiffany v. eBay: more issues

The latest news on the Tiffany v. eBay epic courtroom saga: after +3 years, a new judge was assigned to the case. Judge Kenneth Karas was removed from the case and replaced by “Judge Sullivan”. It is unclear why this switch was made. Karas’ summer vacation maybe?

Is this case still scheduled to begin trial on Sept, 21, 2007? Or has the date been changed yet again due to the new judge?
there is nothing else on the record that i can find indicating there is a new date. however i wouldn’t be surprised if it is moved back again, given the past 3 years.
